About IOLP – Helping Leaders Find Their “Remarkable”

The Institute for Optimal Leadership Presence is dedicated to the growth and development of leaders who want to take the ultimate step of leaning into what the ancient Greeks referred to as Pistis, leadership’s highest calling. In the Greek culture, Pistis was marked by the highest levels of skill, responsibility, integrity, loyalty, courage, and execution. Leaders with Pistis were able to create a presence that was undeniable. The IOLP works with organizations to help cohorts of their high-potential, high performing leaders define and achieve their Remarkable”.

At the same time, the IOLP is committed to the academic advance of Leadership Presence as an important and necessary framework for emerging leadership theory and for practical application of effective leadership development across functional disciplines and local/global organizations. We believe that the pursuit of Optimal Personal Presence can and should be recognized as a legitimate academic endeavor, with robust research, emerging data, and curated principles and frameworks.
